Clean and dry the affected area before application. Apply a thin layer of cream to the affected skin as directed by the physician. Usually applied once or twice daily. Use sunscreen during the day to prevent further pigmentation.

Store in a cool, dry place below 25–30°C. Protect from moisture and direct sunlight. Keep tightly closed and out of reach of children.

Kojic acid dipalmitate and arbutin inhibit tyrosinase, the key enzyme involved in melanin synthesis, thereby reducing melanogenesis. Glycolic acid promotes keratinocyte desquamation and epidermal turnover through alpha-hydroxy acid–mediated disruption of corneocyte adhesion, facilitating removal of pigmented cells. Octinoxate absorbs UVB radiation, reducing UV-induced melanocyte stimulation. Vitamin E acetate acts as a lipid-soluble antioxidant that neutralizes reactive oxygen species generated by UV exposure, while mulberry extract contains flavonoids that further inhibit tyrosinase activity and melanocyte proliferation.
