How To Use of Perindoprill Erbumine 4 Mg + Indapamide 1.25 Mg Tablet
Take the tablet exactly as prescribed by your physician. Preferably take once daily in the morning before a meal. Swallow the tablet whole with water.

Hypersensitivity to Perindopril, Indapamide, ACE inhibitors, sulfonamide-derived medicines, or any component of the formulation. History of angioedema related to ACE inhibitor therapy. Severe renal impairment or anuria. Severe hepatic impairment or hepatic encephalopathy. Pregnancy (especially during the second and third trimesters). Concomitant use with aliskiren in patients with diabetes or significant renal impairment.

Monitor blood pressure regularly during treatment. Periodic monitoring of kidney function and electrolyte levels is recommended. Avoid potassium supplements or potassium-containing salt substitutes unless advised by your doctor. Stay adequately hydrated, especially during hot weather or illness. Inform your doctor if you experience persistent cough, swelling of the face or lips, severe dizziness, or reduced urine output. Use during breastfeeding only if recommended by a healthcare professional. Avoid alcohol as it may enhance the blood pressure-lowering effect and increase dizziness.
