How To Use of Povibit-sf Ointment
Use only as directed by a healthcare professional. Clean and dry the affected area before application. Apply a thin layer of the ointment over the wound. Cover with a sterile dressing if advised. Wash hands before and after application. Avoid contact with the eyes, mouth, and other mucous membranes unless directed by a physician. For external use only.
Storage of Povibit-sf Ointment
Store below 30°C in a cool, dry place. Protect from direct sunlight and excessive heat. Keep the tube tightly closed after use. Keep out of reach of children.

Mechanism of Povibit-sf Ointment
Metronidazole 1%: Damages the DNA of anaerobic bacteria, leading to bacterial cell death and reducing wound infection and malodor. Sucralfate 7%: Forms a protective barrier over the wound surface, stimulates epithelial regeneration, promotes angiogenesis, and supports granulation tissue formation.
