How To Use of Silodosin 4 Mg Tablet
Take Silodosin 4 mg Tablet exactly as prescribed by your doctor. Take once daily with a meal, preferably at the same time each day. Swallow the tablet whole with water. Do not crush, chew, or break the tablet. Continue treatment regularly for optimal symptom control. If you miss a dose, take it when you remember unless it is almost time for your next scheduled dose. Do not take a double dose.
Storage of Silodosin 4 Mg Tablet
Store at room temperature (20°C–25°C). Keep in a cool, dry place away from moisture and direct sunlight.

Mechanism of Silodosin 4 Mg Tablet
Silodosin is a highly selective alpha-1A adrenergic receptor antagonist. It selectively blocks alpha-1A receptors located in the smooth muscle of the prostate, bladder neck, and prostatic urethra. This causes muscle relaxation, decreases urinary outflow resistance, improves urine flow, and relieves symptoms of benign prostatic hyperplasia with minimal effects on systemic blood pressure.
