How To Use of Sitagliptin 100 Mg + Metformin Hydrochloride (sr) 500 Mg + Pioglitazone Hydrochloride 15 Mg Tablet
Take the tablet exactly as prescribed by your physician. Swallow the sustained-release tablet whole with water; do not crush, chew, or break it. Preferably take with meals to reduce gastrointestinal side effects. Take the medicine at the same time each day. Continue regular monitoring of blood glucose and HbA1c during treatment.

You have Type 1 Diabetes Mellitus or diabetic ketoacidosis. You have severe renal impairment. You have acute or chronic metabolic acidosis, including lactic acidosis. You are allergic to sitagliptin, metformin, pioglitazone, or any component of the formulation.

Take with food to reduce stomach upset. Monitor blood glucose and HbA1c regularly. Assess kidney and liver function before and during treatment. Mechanism of Sitagliptin 100 Mg + Metformin Hydrochloride (sr) 500 Mg + Pioglitazone Hydrochloride 15 Mg Tablet
Sitagliptin: Inhibits the DPP-4 enzyme, increasing endogenous incretin hormones (GLP-1 and GIP), which enhance glucose-dependent insulin secretion and reduce glucagon secretion. Metformin SR: Decreases hepatic glucose production, reduces intestinal glucose absorption, and improves insulin sensitivity without stimulating insulin release. Pioglitazone: Activates PPAR-γ receptors, increasing insulin sensitivity in skeletal muscle, adipose tissue, and the liver while reducing insulin resistance.
