How To Use of Telmisartan 80 Mg + Amlodipine 5 Mg + Hydrochloride 12.5 Mg Tablet
Take the tablet exactly as prescribed by your doctor. Usually taken once daily, preferably at the same time each day. Swallow the tablet whole with water. It may be taken with or without food. Continue taking the medicine regularly even if you feel well. Do not stop taking the medicine without consulting your doctor.

Pregnancy: Contraindicated during pregnancy, as Telmisartan may cause serious fetal harm. Breastfeeding: Consult your doctor before using this medicine.

Telmisartan blocks angiotensin II type 1 (AT1) receptors, preventing vasoconstriction and reducing aldosterone secretion, resulting in relaxation of blood vessels. Amlodipine blocks L-type calcium channels in vascular smooth muscle, causing vasodilation and reducing peripheral vascular resistance. Hydrochlorothiazide inhibits sodium and chloride reabsorption in the distal convoluted tubules of the kidneys, increasing the excretion of sodium and water, reducing blood volume, and lowering blood pressure. Together, these actions provide effective and sustained blood pressure control.
