How To Use of Teneligliptin 20 Mg + Dapagliflozin 10 Mg Tablet
Take the tablet exactly as prescribed by your doctor. Usually taken once daily. It may be taken with or without food. Swallow the tablet whole with water. Take it at the same time every day for the best results. Continue following your prescribed diabetic diet and exercise program during treatment. Do not stop the medicine without consulting your doctor.

Monitor blood glucose levels regularly as advised by your doctor. Drink adequate fluids to reduce the risk of dehydration. Maintain proper genital hygiene to reduce the risk of fungal infections. Inform your doctor if you experience persistent abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, difficulty breathing, or excessive fatigue. Inform your healthcare provider about all medicines you are taking, including insulin, sulfonylureas, diuretics, ACE inhibitors, ARBs, and other antidiabetic medicines. Limit alcohol intake, as it may increase the risk of hypoglycemia and diabetic ketoacidosis. Pregnancy and Breastfeeding: Use only if clearly recommended by your doctor, as safety has not been established.

Mechanism of Teneligliptin 20 Mg + Dapagliflozin 10 Mg Tablet
This combination improves blood glucose control through two complementary mechanisms: Teneligliptin inhibits the DPP-4 enzyme, increasing endogenous incretin hormones (GLP-1 and GIP). These hormones stimulate glucose-dependent insulin secretion and suppress glucagon release, reducing blood glucose levels. Dapagliflozin inhibits the SGLT2 transporter in the proximal renal tubules, reducing glucose reabsorption and increasing urinary glucose excretion, thereby lowering blood glucose independently of insulin. Together, these mechanisms provide effective glycemic control while carrying a low risk of hypoglycemia when not used with insulin or insulin secretagogues.
