How To Use of Torsemide 10 Mg + Spironolactone 25 Mg Tablet
Take the tablet exactly as prescribed by your doctor. It may be taken with or without food, preferably at the same time each day. Taking the medicine in the morning is recommended to minimize nighttime urination. Swallow the tablet whole with water. Do not crush, chew, or break the tablet. Follow your doctor's advice regarding salt and fluid intake and attend regular follow-up appointments for monitoring.

Mechanism of Torsemide 10 Mg + Spironolactone 25 Mg Tablet
Torsemide inhibits the Na⁺/K⁺/2Cl⁻ cotransporter in the thick ascending limb of the loop of Henle, increasing the excretion of sodium, chloride, and water to reduce fluid overload. Spironolactone blocks aldosterone receptors in the distal renal tubules, promoting sodium and water excretion while conserving potassium. It also counteracts the harmful effects of excess aldosterone on the heart and blood vessels.
