This combination medication is commonly used for the symptomatic relief of cough and cold and to reduce associated respiratory and allergic symptoms. It may be prescribed for: Productive cough with thick mucus, Common cold,Allergic rhinitis, Upper respiratory tract infections, Nasal congestion, Throat irritation and chest congestion This medicine provides symptomatic relief and does not treat the underlying infection.

Take as directed by the physician. Shake the bottle well before use. Measure the dose using a proper measuring device. Can be taken with or without food.

Store below 25–30°C. Protect from light and moisture. Keep the bottle tightly closed. Keep out of reach of children.

Do not use if: Known hypersensitivity to any component of the formulation Severe hypertension or significant heart disease Patients taking monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs) or within 14 days of stopping them Narrow-angle glaucoma Severe hyperthyroidism

Ambroxol enhances mucociliary clearance by reducing mucus viscosity and stimulating surfactant production. Guaifenesin increases respiratory tract fluid secretion to facilitate expectoration. Phenylephrine acts as a selective α1-adrenergic agonist producing vasoconstriction of nasal mucosal vessels, thereby reducing congestion. Chlorpheniramine competitively blocks H1 receptors to inhibit histamine-mediated allergic symptoms, while menthol activates cold-sensitive TRPM8 receptors producing a soothing and cooling sensation.
