How To Use of Acarbose 50 Mg Tablet
Take the tablet exactly as prescribed by your physician. Swallow the tablet with the first bite of each main meal or immediately before meals. Do not skip meals after taking the medicine. Follow a diabetic diet and regular exercise routine. Monitor blood glucose levels regularly as advised by your healthcare provider.
Storage of Acarbose 50 Mg Tablet

Mechanism of Acarbose 50 Mg Tablet
Acarbose competitively inhibits alpha-glucosidase enzymes located in the brush border of the small intestine. This delays the breakdown of complex carbohydrates into glucose, slows glucose absorption, and reduces post-meal blood sugar spikes without stimulating insulin secretion.
