How To Use of
Etophylline 231 Mg + Theophylline 69 Pr Tablet
Take the tablet exactly as prescribed by your doctor. Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water. Do not crush, chew, or break the prolonged-release tablet. It is preferably taken after meals to minimize stomach irritation. Take it at the same time every day for consistent therapeutic effects. Do not stop taking the medicine without consulting your doctor.

Mechanism of
Etophylline 231 Mg + Theophylline 69 Pr Tablet
Etofylline and Theophylline are xanthine bronchodilators that inhibit phosphodiesterase enzymes, resulting in increased cyclic AMP (cAMP) levels in bronchial smooth muscles. This causes relaxation of the airways and improved airflow. Theophylline also blocks adenosine receptors, contributing to bronchodilation and improved respiratory muscle function. The prolonged-release formulation provides sustained therapeutic effects for long-term symptom control.
