How To Use of Tamsulosin 0.4 Mg Tablet
Take exactly as prescribed by your doctor. Usually taken once daily. Take 30 minutes after the same meal each day, preferably after breakfast. Swallow the tablet/capsule whole with water. Do not crush, chew, or open the tablet/capsule unless advised. Continue taking the medicine even if symptoms improve.

Mechanism of Tamsulosin 0.4 Mg Tablet
Tamsulosin is a selective alpha-1A adrenergic receptor antagonist. It blocks alpha-1 receptors predominantly found in the smooth muscles of the prostate, bladder neck, and urethra. This causes relaxation of these muscles, decreases urethral resistance, improves urine flow, and relieves lower urinary tract symptoms associated with benign prostatic hyperplasia without significantly affecting prostate size.
