Aceclofenac is a nonsteroidal phenylacetic acid derivative related to diclofenac. Like other nonsteroidal antiinflammatory drugs (NSAIDS), aceclofenac is a prostaglandin synthetase (cyclooxygenase) inhibitor, which decreases prostaglandin and leukotriene production, therefore inhibiting the inflammatory process. Thiocolchicoside: It is a muscle relaxant with anti-inflammatory properties. Thiocolchicoside acts by modulating gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) receptors in the central nervous system, leading to muscle relaxation and relief of muscle spasms.
