Make sure you know how you react to this medicine before you drive use machines, or do anything else that could be dangerous if you are dizzy If you feel dizzy, lie down so you do not faint. Then sit for a few moments before standing to prevent the dizziness from returning. Check with your doctor right away if blurred vision difficulty with reading, eye pain, or any other change in vision occurs during or after treatment. This could be a sign of a serious eye problem. This medicine may affect blood sugar levels. Diabetic patients may notice a change in the results of blood or urine glucose tests. Talk to your doctor if you have any questions.

Mechanism of Amlodipine 5 Mg + Losartan Potassium 50 Mg + Hydrochlorothiazide 12.5 Mg
Amlodipine: It is a calcium channel blocker that inhibits the influx of calcium ions into vascular smooth muscle cells, resulting in vasodilation and a reduction in peripheral vascular resistance, thereby lowering blood pressure. Losartan Potassium: It is an angiotensin II receptor blocker (ARB) that selectively blocks the binding of angiotensin II to its receptors, leading to vasodilation and decreased aldosterone secretion resulting in decreased blood pressure. Hydrochlorothiazide: It is a thiazide diuretic that promotes diuresis by inhibiting sodium reabsorption in the kidneys, leading to decreased blood volume and subsequent reduction in blood pressure.
