It is prescribed to patients who have experienced acute coronary syndrome, myocardial infarction (heart attack), or ischemic stroke, or those with peripheral arterial disease. Take it regularly and make appropriate lifestyle changes (such as eating healthy and staying active) to maximize the effectiveness of this medicine.

It is usually taken orally, once daily, with or without food, as directed by a healthcare professional. Swallow the tablets whole with a full glass of water. Do not crush or chew the tablets

Call your doctor right away if you have dark-colored urine, fever, muscle cramps or spasms, muscle pain or stiffness, or unusual tiredness or weakness, this could be symptoms of kidney dysfunction Do no take any pain kiillers, or any other OTC medicine without consulting your doctor.
