How To Use of Eplerenone 25 Mg Tablet
Take exactly as prescribed by your doctor. Usually taken once daily, with or without food. Swallow the tablet whole with water. Take the medicine at the same time each day. Regular monitoring of kidney function and serum potassium levels is recommended during treatment.

Mechanism of Eplerenone 25 Mg Tablet
Eplerenone is a selective mineralocorticoid (aldosterone) receptor antagonist. It blocks aldosterone receptors in the kidneys, heart, and blood vessels, reducing sodium and water reabsorption while promoting sodium excretion and potassium retention. This decreases blood volume, lowers blood pressure, reduces cardiac remodeling and fibrosis, and improves outcomes in patients with heart failure and post-myocardial infarction left ventricular dysfunction.
