Take the tablet exactly as prescribed by your healthcare provider. Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water. Preferably take after meals to reduce stomach irritation. Avoid taking it with tea, coffee, milk, or calcium supplements, as these may decrease iron absorption. Continue treatment for the prescribed duration.

Maintain at least a 2-hour gap between this medicine and antacids, calcium supplements, levothyroxine, tetracycline antibiotics, quinolone antibiotics, or bisphosphonates.
