How To Use of Ondansetron 8mg Tablet
Take the tablet exactly as prescribed by your physician. Swallow the tablet whole with water. It may be taken with or without food. For chemotherapy or radiotherapy, take the medicine before treatment as directed. Follow the prescribed dosing schedule carefully. Do not exceed the recommended dose.

Mechanism of Ondansetron 8mg Tablet
Ondansetron is a selective 5-HT3 (serotonin) receptor antagonist. It blocks serotonin receptors located in the gastrointestinal tract and the chemoreceptor trigger zone (CTZ) of the brain. By preventing serotonin from activating these receptors, Ondansetron suppresses the vomiting reflex and effectively prevents nausea and vomiting.
