Hypersensitivity to Phenylephrine, Chlorpheniramine, or any component of the formulation. Severe uncontrolled hypertension. Severe coronary artery disease. Concurrent use of monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs) or within 14 days of stopping MAOI therapy. Narrow-angle glaucoma. Urinary retention associated with enlarged prostate.
