Use a pea-sized amount on a soft-bristled toothbrush. Brush thoroughly for at least 2 minutes twice daily or as directed by a dentist. Spit out after brushing; do not swallow. Avoid eating or drinking for approximately 30 minutes after use. Children should use the product under adult supervision.
