Take exactly as prescribed by your physician. Swallow the extended-release tablet whole with water. Do not crush, chew, or split the tablet. May be taken with or without food. Take at the same time each day. Do not stop treatment suddenly without medical advice, as abrupt withdrawal may worsen symptoms.
