How To Use of Spegra Tablet
Take one tablet once daily or as prescribed by your healthcare provider. Can be taken with or without food. Swallow the tablet whole with water. Take at the same time every day. Do not miss doses or discontinue treatment without consulting your healthcare provider.

Hypersensitivity to Dolutegravir, Emtricitabine, Tenofovir Alafenamide, or any component of the formulation Concomitant use with dofetilide, due to the risk of serious and life-threatening adverse reactions

Mechanism of Spegra Tablet
Dolutegravir inhibits the HIV integrase enzyme, preventing integration of viral DNA into the host genome. Emtricitabine and Tenofovir Alafenamide inhibit the HIV reverse transcriptase enzyme, preventing viral DNA synthesis. Together, these actions suppress HIV replication, reduce viral load, and improve immune function.
