How To Use of Tapentadol 50 Sr Tablet
Take only as prescribed by your doctor. Swallow the tablet whole with water. Do not crush, chew, split, or dissolve the sustained-release tablet, as this may release the medicine too quickly and increase the risk of serious side effects. It may be taken with or without food. Take the medicine at the same time each day. Do not stop treatment suddenly without consulting your doctor, as withdrawal symptoms may occur.

Contraindications of Tapentadol 50 Sr Tablet
Are allergic to Tapentadol or any ingredient in the tablet. Have significant respiratory depression. Have acute or severe bronchial asthma without appropriate monitoring. Have paralytic ileus or severe gastrointestinal obstruction. Are taking monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs) or have taken them within the last 14 days.
