Take the tablet exactly as prescribed by your doctor. Swallow the tablet whole with water; do not crush or chew unless instructed. Preferably take with food to reduce stomach upset. Take it at the same time each day. Do not stop the medication suddenly without medical supervision.

Mechanism of Venlafaxine Hydrochloride 75 Mg Tablet
Venlafaxine is a serotonin-norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor (SNRI). It blocks the reuptake of serotonin (5-HT) and norepinephrine (NE) into presynaptic nerve cells, increasing their concentrations in the brain. At higher doses, it also has a mild effect on dopamine reuptake. This enhanced neurotransmitter activity helps improve mood, reduce anxiety, and alleviate symptoms of depression and panic disorders.
