OMEPRAZOLE 20 MG+ DOMPERIDONE 10 MG
Introduction : This combination of Omeprazole 20Mg + Domperidone 10Mg tablet is commonly indicated for the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), peptic ulcers, and dyspepsia associated with gastric acid reflux.
Omeprazole 20Mg + Domperidone 10Mg tablet may be used in the management of peptic ulcers, including gastric ulcers and duodenal ulcers. Pantoprazole helps promote ulcer healing by suppressing gastric acid secretion, while Domperidone helps alleviate symptoms such as nausea and bloating.

Long-term use of proton pump inhibitors such as pantoprazole may be associated with an increased risk of bone fractures, Clostridium difficile infection, and vitamin B12 deficiency.
OMEPRAZOLE + Domperidone should be used with caution in patients with a history of liver disease, as domperidone metabolism primarily occurs in the liver, and dose adjustments may be necessary.
