This medicine help reduce inflammation, relieve pain, and improve comfort in conditions affecting the anal region. This medicine may be prescribed for: Hemorrhoids (piles), Anal inflammation, Anal itching (pruritus ani), Painful anal swelling, Discomfort associated with anorectal conditions.

Clean and dry the affected area before application. Apply a small amount of the cream or ointment to the affected area as directed by the physician. Usually applied 1–2 times daily or as advised. Wash hands before and after application.

Store below 25–30°C. Protect from light and moisture. Keep the tube tightly closed. Keep out of reach of children.

Beclometasone dipropionate acts via glucocorticoid receptor activation, inhibiting phospholipase A2 and reducing synthesis of inflammatory mediators such as prostaglandins and leukotrienes. Phenylephrine is a selective α1-adrenergic receptor agonist that induces vasoconstriction of local blood vessels, reducing edema and hemorrhoidal swelling. Lignocaine blocks voltage-gated sodium channels in neuronal membranes, preventing initiation and conduction of nerve impulses and producing localized anesthesia.
