Take the tablet exactly as prescribed by your physician. Swallow the tablet whole with water. Can be taken with or without food, although taking it after food may help reduce stomach discomfort. Do not exceed the recommended dose or duration of treatment.

Hypersensitivity to Paracetamol, Phenylephrine, Chlorpheniramine, or any component of the formulation. Severe liver impairment. Severe uncontrolled hypertension. Severe coronary artery disease. Concurrent use of monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs) or within 14 days of discontinuation.
