This combination of ointment/cream is typically used to treat various inflammatory skin conditions complicated by bacterial or fungal infections, such as: Eczema with secondary bacterial or fungal infections Contact dermatitis Fungal infections of the skin (e.g., tinea corporis, tinea cruris) Intertrigo (skin inflammation in body folds).

Apply a generous amount of cream to the affected area, and rub in gently until the cream disappears. After this medicine is applied, the treated area may be covered with a gauze dressing if desired.

Store at room temperature, away from heat, moisture, and direct light. Do not refrigerate.

Common side effects may include skin irritation, burning, itching, redness, or dryness at the application site. If you experience severe or persistent side effects, discontinue use and consult your doctor.
