The ointment gradually releases free iodine, providing sustained antimicrobial activity against bacteria, fungi, viruses, and certain protozoa. It helps keep wounds clean, reduces the risk of infection, and promotes an environment conducive to natural healing. Povidone Iodine Ointment is suitable for first aid and wound care when used as directed by a healthcare professional.

Clean the affected area gently before application. Apply a thin layer of the ointment to the affected skin 1–3 times daily or as directed by your healthcare professional. Cover with a sterile dressing if required. Wash hands before and after application. For external use only.

Store below 30°C. Keep the tube tightly closed. Protect from direct sunlight and excessive heat. Keep out of reach of children.
