Clean and dry the affected area. Apply a thin layer to the affected skin as directed by the doctor. Wash hands before and after application unless the hands are the treatment area. Avoid covering the treated area with an occlusive dressing unless specifically instructed.

Clobetasol reduces inflammation, redness and itching by suppressing inflammatory responses in the skin. Gentamicin inhibits bacterial protein synthesis, helping control susceptible bacterial infections. Ketoconazole interferes with fungal cell-membrane synthesis. Tolnaftate has antifungal activity against susceptible dermatophytes. Clioquinol provides antibacterial and antifungal activity. Together, these ingredients target inflammation and susceptible microorganisms, but the combination should only be used when clinically appropriate.
